  • Boneless chicken 200 grams
  • Barbecue masala 1 tbsp (prepared)
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrots 3
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Cucumbers 2
  • Salad leaves 6
  • For dressing:
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips and finely cut all vegetables.

  2. Mix chicken pieces, barbecue masala, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a bowl.

  3. Cook in microwave oven for 8 minutes and dish out in a bowl.

  4. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.

  5. Toss chicken pieces, vegetables and dressing in a dish and serve.
