Combine butter and sugar and beat together in a bowl. It will now be a creamy texture.
Add vanilla essence and milk. Beat well.
Add a little food color drop if you want to.
Decorate the cake / biscuit with it now. But make sure that the cake/ biscuit are on room temperature.
