Marinade the chicken breast with 1 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
To prepare Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a medium sized skillet.
On a low flame add garlic clove, stir it for couple of seconds, add cream, nut meg and parmesan cheese.
Simmer for 5 minutes, whisk quickly, heating throughout.
Take a saucepan, put water to boil, add some salt and oil.
When the water starts to boil, put pasta, once the pasta is done, drain the water.
Julienne cut the marinated chicken.
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a frying pan and saute the chicken.
Pour the Alfredo sauce and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
