Ingredients

  • Dried mushroom 100 gm
  • Cloves of garlic (minced) 6
  • Aniseed (crushed) 1/2 tsp
  • Curd 30 tbsp
  • Thick cream 1 tbsp
  • Caraway seeds (shahjeera) 1/2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak the mushrooms in a little salted water for 12 hours.

  2. Drain and wash. Heat a cupful of water, add garlic and aniseed.

  3. Put in the mushrooms and boil till very tender.

  4. Drain well and then slice them into thin strips.

  5. Heat some butter and fry these mushrooms for 1 minute.

  6. Add curd mixed with cream and place on low heat.

  7. Add salt and pepper and serve hot.
