  • Oil 1 cup

  1. Put flour, carom seeds, garlic and seasoning in a bowl, add the water little by little to get the right consistency, beat well, and let it stand for at least half an hour.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan, dip eggs carefully into batter, and fry them till golden brown.
