Ingredients

  • Old bay seasoning 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Splenda sweetener 1 tsp
  • Thyme 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic clove 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato juice 3 cup
  • Evaporated milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Onion 2 small (chopped)
  • Basil 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp
  • Crab meat 250 gm
  • Red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a deep pan heat olive oil and fry garlic and onion for 10 minutes till become transparent.

  2. Now add flour and stir a couple of minute.

  3. Add all ingredients by stirring except meat and mix well.

  4. Cook on high flame to boil, when boil starts then lower the flame.

  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes then add meat mix well and remove from flame.

  6. Note: Fish can be use instead of crab meat.
