Ingredients

  • Egg 1
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Rice 2 cups (boiled, cold)
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken 1 cup (boiled, chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the egg with water.

  2. Melt the butter in a large pan on medium heat and add the beaten egg in it.

  3. Leave it for 2 minutes and then remove it from pan and cut into shreds.

  4. Heat oil in the same pan, add the onions and sauté them until they become soft.

  5. Then add the rice, soy sauce, black pepper powder and chicken.

  6. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes.

  7. Then stir in the shredded egg and dish out.

  8. Serve hot.
