Ingredients

  • Ladyfinger ½ kg
  • Raw mango 2
  • Fresh red chilies 8
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Green chilies 4 (cut into strips)
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash ladyfingers and dry.

  2. Now cut into strips and keep aside.

  3. Heat oil in pan, slightly fry ladyfingers.

  4. Add in turmeric, cumin seeds, red chilies, green chilies cut into strips and raw mango cut into pieces, fry well for 2 minutes.

  5. Cover and cook over low flame

  6. Lastly add oriander leaves and salt to taste.

  7. Serve with chapatti.
