  • Brinjal ½ kg
  • Onions 1 chopped
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Green chilies 6-8 chopped
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Chopped coriander ½ bunch
  • Tamarind paste ½ cup
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash green chilies, garlic cloves, brinjals and 3-4 tomatoes, fry it with skin on a low flame or bake it in the oven.

  2. Now remove the skins of brinjal and tomatoes and make a pulp out of it.

  3. Then mash green chilies, garlic and brinjals in a mixing bowl.

  4. Now add chopped onion, bunch chopped coriander, tamarind paste and salt to taste in same mixing bowl, mix it well.

  5. Dish out and serve.
