  • دودھ دو لیٹر
  • ہری الائچی چھ سے آٹھ عدد
  • چینی ڈیڑھ کپ
  • ڈرائی ملک پاؤڈر دو کپ
  • بیکنگ پاؤڈر دو چائے کے چمچ
  • میدہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • گھی دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • انڈے دو عدد
  • پستے حسب ضرورت

  1. دودھ کو اُبالیں جب اُبال آجائے تو چینی اور ہری الائچی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں کہ دودھ تھوڑا سا گاڑھا ہو جائے۔

  2. ایک بڑے بائول میں ڈرائی ملک پاؤڈر، بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور میدہ ہاتھ سے مکس کریں پھر اِس میں گھی ڈال کر کچھ دیر ہاتھ سے مسلٰیں۔

  3. اب انڈے ڈال کر گوندھیں کہ ایسی ڈو بن جائے جو نہ زیادہ سخت اور خشک ہو اور نہ نرم۔ اگر ڈو خشک ہو تو ایک چمچ دودھ شامل کریں۔

  4. اب ڈو کے چھوٹے سائز کے بالز بنا لیں اور ان کو اُبلتے ہوئے دودھ میں ڈال کر ڈھانپ کر آنچ تھوڑی تیز کریں جب اُبال آنے لگے تو ڈھکن ہٹا کر آنچ ہلکی کر دیں۔ جب دودھ نیچے ہو جائے تو دوبارہ آنچ تیز کرکے وہی عمل دوہرائیں۔ جب تیسری بار اُبال آنے لگےتو ڈھکن ہتائے بغیر آنچ ہلکی کرکے دو سے تین منٹ دم پر رکھ کے ڈش آئوٹ کر دیں۔

  5. اسے پستے سے گارنش کرکے ٹھنڈا سرو کریں۔

  11. The balls melted because u people added sugar in it. Dont add sugar in the balls it must be added on the milk. I suggest website team plz correct ur recipe card because people r following u and it make a waste of money and time if balls get melt.

Maryam, in a bowl add all dry ingredients along clarified butter mix well so that baking powder can be combine evenly. after ward add beaten eggs make dough and rub with the help of your palm do quickly and make balls. now add into boiling milk after cooking according to recipe instructions cover the lid of your pan and allow to cook for 3 minutes more. Hope these tips will help you to get cotton soft rasmalai balls. thanks
