Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg boneless
  • Onions 2 (grated)
  • Lemons 6
  • Saffron color 1 pinch
  • Paprika or red chili powder 1 pinch
  • Skewers as required
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, add grated onions, squeezed lemons, salt and black pepper, paprika or red chili powder and saffron color and mix well.

  2. Then add boneless chicken and marinate for half an hour.

  3. Insert chicken cubes in skewers.

  4. Add saffron color and melted butter in some of the prepared spices’ mixture.

  5. Grill murg kebabs on coals or grill pan.

  6. Top with the remaining mixture while grilling.

  7. Serve hot kebabs with rice or roti.
