Ingredients

  • Chicken bones ½ kg
  • Carrot 1
  • Garlic cloves 5 – 6 (crushed)
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Spring onion 3 – 4
  • For Fish:
  • Boneless fish 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Garnishing:
  • Spinach 1 bunch (boiled)
  • Carrot 1 (boiled)
  • Green chili 8 – 10
  • Spring onion 2 – 3 (finely sliced)
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Garlic clove 3 – 4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooking pot, add chicken bones, carrot, garlic cloves crushed, ginger and spring onions.

  2. Also add 2 jugs of water and leave to cook for 2 – 3 hours.

  3. Strain out chicken stock and keep aside bones and vegetables.

  4. For Fish:

  5. In a mixing bowl, add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, crushed black pepper, red chili powder, salt and olive oil.

  6. Mix all spices and marinate fish in the mix for half an hour.

  7. Bake fish in the pre heated oven at 200 c for 15 – 20 minutes.

  8. For Garnishing:

  9. Add green chilies and vinegar to a blender jug and blend.

  10. In a pan, add olive oil and cloves of garlic with chicken stock and fry.

  11. In a serving bowl, place boiled noodles and pour soup over it.

  12. Now layer with a bunch of boiled spinach and then baked fish.

  13. Mix a carrot, sautéed garlic, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, green chilies mix and salt.

  14. Add this on the top of the dish and garnish with spring onion and serve.
