Ingredients

  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Paste 1/4 tsp
  • Spinach Boiled 2 cups
  • Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
  • All-spice 1/4 tsp
  • Cream 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Green Chili 1
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cottage Cheese 100 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute for a minute.

  2. Add the garlic and ginger paste, saute for a few minutes.

  3. Then add the onions and cook till transparent.

  4. Blend the spinach along with the yogurt and green chili.

  5. Add the spinach mixture to the onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

  6. Now add salt and black pepper and remove from heat.

  7. Add cream while stirring continuously until well blended.

  8. Now add all-spice.

  9. In the end add fried cottage cheese and mix well.

  3. the recipe is good .. however in the directions we are told to use yogurt in point 4. however yogurt is not mentioned in the ingredient list.. so we don't know how much of it to use...
