Ingredients

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chat masala (roasted) 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For filling :
  • Pomegranate seed 1 tbp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • For coating:
  • Egg 2
  • Bread crumbs a bowl or as required
  • Oil fro frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil and peel potatoes then mash in a bowl.

  2. Put black pepper, chat masala, cumin seed and salt mix well.

  3. For Filling:In a bowl mix pomegranate seed, coriander leaves, green chillies, onion, salt and chat masala.

  4. Make flat pattie of potatoes make hole in center.

  5. Fill 1 tbsp of prepared filling in this hole and cover the pattie.

  6. Dip kababs in beaten egg coat in crumbs and shallow fry.
