  • Aloo(boiled & cut into pieces) 300 gms
  • Sourcurd(beaten) 2 cup
  • Ghee 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Grind to paste:
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves 12-15
  • Green chillies 6-7

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.

  2. Add the ground paste and simmer.

  3. Add a little water and stir for a few minutes.

  4. Then add curd and when the curd starts to boil add the boiled potatoes.

  5. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with dal and rice.
