Ingredients

  • Kheema 250 gms
  • Fresh methi leaves 1/2 cup
  • Onions(whole, peeled) 8-9 small size
  • Onion(finely sliced) 1 medium size
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Veg cooking oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan fry sliced onions in oil till golden brown.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt & methi leaves.

  3. Fry at low heat for 4-5 minutes.

  4. Add kheema & stir to allow the water to evaporate.Then add curds.

  5. Fry a little adding a cup of water.

  6. When half cooked, add whole onions.

  7. Cook till oil floats on top and all the water dries up.

  8. Serve hot with chapathis.
