Beat butter with a beater and than add caster sugar and beat again.
Add egg one by one and beat again.
Mix baking powder in flour.
Add vanilla essence and flour in the above mixture spoon by spoon and beat at a slow speed
Add yellow color at the end and fold it.
Grease cake rusk pan and sprinkle flour.
Pour the mixture in the pan.
Place this pan in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180c.
When cake is ready cut it from the centre and than make small pieces.
Place them again in an oven for half hour.
Invert side of cake rusk after 15 minutes and bake again for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and serve.

I have tried this recipe several times now. It is so good and perfect. Since we use Fahrenheit here, so I used 180 C equivalent as 355 F. Also, 4 oz flour/sugar = 1 dry cup. I just used regular fine C
