  • Boneless chicken (small pieces) 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger (thin strips) as required
  • Green chilli finely cut into strips 4-5
  • Tomatoes cut into small pieces 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Melted butter 200 gram
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Special Green seasoning 3 tbsp
  • Ingredients for Green Seasoning:
  • Green chilli (chopped)
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Mint leaves (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a clay pot and saute garlic in it.

  2. Then add chicken and fry until color starts to change.

  3. Add in salt, ginger, green chili and tomatoes, cook till tender.

  4. Now add black pepper, coriander powder, all spice and cumin powder, saute.

  5. Add special green seasoning and mix well.

  6. Add melted butter and fresh cream.

  7. Cook for a while.

  8. Serve with hot roghni naan.
