Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Cauliflower 1 ½ cup (chopped)
  • Chat masala ½ tsp
  • Red chili ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder ¼ tsp
  • Raw mango powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown.

  2. Then add cauliflower and mix well.

  3. Then add chat masala, red chili, coriander powder, raw mango powder and salt. Mix well.

  4. Add little water and leave to cook.

  5. When cauliflower tenderized then dish it out.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
