Ingredients

  • Under cut beef thinly sliced 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 3 tbsp
  • HP sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate beef under cut with salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, Wooster sauce, HP sauce and lemon juice for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat up oil in a pan and cook marinated beef slices till its tender.

  3. Smoke with coal.

  4. Serve with lemon wedges.
