Mix gelatin in 200 ml hot water. (Place the bowl above double boiler to keep it warm)
Melt sugar in remaining hot water.
Now mix up sugar water in gelatin water and mix with electric mixture for 5 minutes.
Quickly transfer mixture into container before it cool.
Allow cooling for 2 hours.
Cut into square pieces and roll into desiccated coconut / icing sugar to prevent them from sticking each other.
