Beef Chilli

Take meat in a bowl.

Also add oyster sauce, brown sugar and chinese salt in it.

Then add black pepper, soy sauce and salt.

Mix all the ingredeints well.

Marinate the meat for 2-3 hours.

Take some oil in a pan.

Saute fry ginger and garlic in the pan.

Add the meat in the above pan.

Let them cook till the meat gets tender.

Add green chillies and cover the lid.

Cook on slow heat for 5-10 minutes.

You can garnish it with fresh corriander and green chillies.
