Wash paye put in handi and all ingredients let it cook for several hours.
In a pan put oil fry onion till golden brown then grind and put aside.
Now in oil put ginger garlic paste saute it.
Take half cup of water in this put red chillies, coriander powder and turmeric dissolve well.
In ginger garlic add all whole spices and dissloved spices and also all spices powder fry well.
Add ginger and ground fried onion put tender paye in masala and fry for a while.
Put stock in paye and cinnamon powder.
Cover handi and let it steam on low flame for about 15 minutes.
Serve hot with julien ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, lemon and naan.
