Soak rice for 30 minutes.
Cut cottage cheese into cubes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan.
Fry prawn and cheese till cheese turns golden and prawns are cooked.
Now add in oil chopped onion and ginger garlic paste, stir fry.
Add green cardamom, bay leaves, black pepper and cumin seeds.
Now add soaked rice with 1 ½ glass of water.
Add salt, green chilies, mint leaves, fried cheese, kewra water and fried prawns.
Simmer till rice done. Lastly add saffron dissolved in water.
Prawn pulao is done and ready to serve.
