Mix and cook sugar and cream in pan.
Dissolve custard in water and make a dilute mixture.
Put it in pan and constantly stir it.
Combine sugar and cream of tarter with egg whites.
Beat them till they become meringue.
Take a bowl and mix plain flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, butter, eggs and water and make dough of it.
Now take pate Sucre dough and roll it thin.
Transfer it on tart pan.
Place a parchment paper on it and bake it till 5 – 10 minutes.
Take it out of oven and pour custard in it.
Then put cream meringue on it,
Bake it again on 180 degrees till 5 – 10 minutes.
Refrigerated it before serving it.
