Marinate beef with salt, red chilli and oil for an hour.
Then roast the meat on charcoal until cooked.
Now roast brinjal on hot coals till it becomes soft.
Then let cool the brinjal, peel the skin and cut into square pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry garlic, tomatoes and brinjal for five minutes.
Then add salt, red chilli and mix well.
Keep beef fillets in a palate and combine prepared brinjal mixture over meat.
Finally garnish with tomatoes and serve hot.
