Ingredients

  • Beef undercut ½ kg (cut into 1 inch cube)
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Potatoes 3 (cut into thick slices)
  • Tomatoes 3 (cut into slice)
  • Onion 3 medium (sliced)

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate beef with vinegar, turmeric, ketchup, ginger garlic, salt, chili powder and yogurt for 30 minutes.

  2. In large pan heat oil and spread meat in a single layer.

  3. Top with potatoes, tomatoes and onions.

  4. Add ½ cup water.

  5. Cover and cook on slow flame for 30 minutes.
