Mix and sieve wheat flour and all purpose flour.
Add oil, salt and pepper mix well.
Knead and make hard dough with luke warm water.
Cover in muslin cloth and leave for 15 minutes.
Make small balls and set aside for 4-5 minutes.
Roll it onto medium size puri and deep fry.
