Delicious Mango Dessert

Peel the mangoes and make puree in blender, add lemon juice (it prevent mango puree from changing colour). Put it in refrigerator.

Boil 1 cup of milk in a saucepan add sugar, mix corn flour in rest half cup of milk.

When milk is about to boil add corn flour slowly and stir continuously, It now looks like a custard.

Remember there should be no lumps in custard.

Turn off the stove and let it cool for 20 minutes.

Try to prevent the layer that usually forms when we cool custard, by mixing again and again with spatula.

Add cream with spatula in custard.

In a glass or in a bowl, pour mango puree and then custard.

Repeat until its 3/4 fill.

Garnish with mango cubes.

Serve after chilling for 4 hours at least.
