  • Ginger ½ tsp (grated)
  • Cucumber 1 (grated)
  • Tomato 1 (big, finely chopped)
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required
