Boil the mutton in water with the ground funnel seeds, ginger garlic paste and salt till it is tender.
Remove the mutton and strain the stock in another pan.
In a separate pan, boil the milk with the green cardamom.
In a large pan heat the ghee.
Add the boiled mutton, crushed fried onions, black pepper and sauté.
Now add the milk and stock.
Stir well and bring the mixture to the boil.
