Barfi is a traditional Pakistani sweet which is highly liked by people. In this recipe Barfi is prepared with combination of eggs. Egg Barfi has its own delicious taste that differs it from traditional burfi.

Ingredients

  • Eggs 10
  • Sugar 3 cups
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Walnut 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ghee ½ cup
  • Saffron ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat separately egg whites and egg yolks of 10 eggs.

  2. Now in a pan, cook together eggs, sugar, khoya, milk, ghee and saffron.

  3. Stir continuously till the mixture thickens.

  4. Pour this mixture in a greased oven proof dish.

  5. Spread walnut on top and bake on 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
