Choco Mocha Cupcakes

Preheat oven at 180 degree C or 350 degree F.

Boil milk and add coffee in it. Let it cool.

Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl.

Beat room temperature butter with castor sugar until fluffy, add eggs one by one and beat.

Add vanilla essence.

Add milk mixed coffee and whisk for 1 minute.

Now fold flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda with spatula.

Grease cupcake tray with butter, or line cupcake cases.

Fill each cupcake case 3/4 and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degree F until toothpick comes out clean.

For Frosting: In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter for 30 seconds and mix, put in micro for 10 seconds more until smooth.

Transfer to a large bowl. Gradually beat in Icing sugar and enough coffee to achieve desired consistency.

Pipe frosting onto cupcakes. Sprinkles chocolate chips.
