Mouth watering donut kabab chat is prepared with shami kababs, yogurt, sev papdi, tomato, onion and of course with sweet and sour chutnie. Must try for todays iftaar and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • For Donut Kabab:
  • Mince ½ kg (double machined)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Gram lentil ½ cup
  • Onion 2 large
  • Potato 2 medium
  • Water 2 cups
  • Green chilies 6
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • For Chat:
  • Yogurt 2 cups (whipped)
  • Green chatni ½ cup
  • Khatti methi chatni ½ cup
  • Sev 1 cup
  • Papadi 2 (crushed)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato 1 (cut in cubes)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chilies 2

Cooking Directions

  1. For Donut Kabab: Cook together mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, gram lentil, onion and potatoes with 2 cup water till water dries, cool add in green chilies, chopperized well with 1 egg, black pepper, crushed red pepper, allspice, coriander and mint, mix all well shape into round.

  2. Cut with doughnut cutter, fry on high flame till light golden.

  3. For Chat: Put whipped yogurt in a plate, top with 2 doughnut kabab, green chatni khatti methi chatni and whipped yogurt.

  4. Top with sev, papadi, onion, tomato, green chili and coriander leaves, serve immediately.
