Bread Poha

Cut bread slices into cubes.

Now boil white lentil with gram.

Now in a pan heat the oil and add onion and saute it with garlic paste.

Then add white lentil with gram, and cook them together till they turn golden brown.

Now add turmeric, crushed green chilies, red chili powder, coriander and crushed black pepper, mix it together and cook it properly.

After this add boiled potatoes with salt.

Then put bread slices and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Then dish out and garnished with chopped coriander and shredded coconut.
