You might be thinking that its a simple paratha recipe which you have read and tried turns of time? Not exactly! This paratha is prepared with little addition of master puff. Try out this wonderful paratha and see yourself how it turns after frying.

Ingredients

Flour ½ kg
Sugar 2 tbsp heaped
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1 tsp
Master puff 4 ounces to coat

Cooking Directions

In a bowl knead together, flour, sugar, salt, clarified butter, instant yeast with Luke warm water into a medium dough.
Leave covered for 30 minutes.
Make into balls, roll into ¼ plate size, spread with master puff and again form into ball.
Keep in between plastic sheets and freeze, use as required.
