Melt butter, chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan.
In a separate bowl whisk whole egg until light and fluffy, add sugar little by little.
Fold in flour sifted with baking powder.
Lastly fold in melted chocolate mixture.
Pour into buttered and floured moulds and bake at 180 C for 7 to 8 minutes.
Demould immediately and serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
