Ingredients

  • Beef undercut 1 kg (1 piece)
  • Red color a pinch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Dark soya sauce 1 cup
  • Star anise 2 - 3
  • Cinnamon 2 - 3
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a skillet add required water with beef undercut, star anise, pieces of cinnamon, dark soya sauce, Chinese salt, white pepper and a pinch of red color, fry until the beef is cooked through.

  2. Dish out when the beef is cooked through.

  3. Now heat the oil in a pan and pour it over beef.

  4. Cut the beef into slices and serve.

  5. Undercut Beef in Chinese Style is ready.
