Easy to make hot wings are crispy and spicy. Always yummy to snack on. They only take 10 minutes for prep, but need to be refrigerated for about an hour to allow the flour coating to firm. Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings 12
  • Flour 3/4 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
  • For sauce:
  • Hot sauce 1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
  • Butter 5 tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and whisk till well combined.

  2. Coat the chicken wings well with the flour mixture.

  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

  4. To make Sauce: Heat the butter, hot sauce, tabasco and garlic powder in a pan until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well combined.

  5. Remove from heat and set aside.

  6. Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken wings till golden.

  7. Remove from heat to paper towel.

  8. Place all the wings in a bowl pour the sauce over them.

  9. Shut a plate over the bowl and toss well.

  10. Serve hot with some creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing.
