Its a delicious Asian style chicken steak, quite different in taste then regular steak. Its gravy is made up of the Asian masala, you can enjoy it with plain rice or naan.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast ½ kg (boneless)
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3 – 4 (chopped)
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Flatten chicken breast with steak hammer.

  2. In a bowl mix together yogurt, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, chili powder, green chilies, gram flour and coriander leaves. Mix well.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and onion, fry till golden brown.

  4. Now add flatten chicken breast and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.

  5. Then add yogurt mixture.

  6. Cover and cook on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.

  7. Now turn the flame high, cook well till done.

  8. Remove in a platter and serve with boiled rice.
