Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium (finally chopped)
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Spinach 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 2/3 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cheese 150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp or to taste
  • Puff pastry 250g
  • Sesame seeds as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic. Add spinach and cook until spinach soft and water dries.

  2. Remove from heat and add 1 egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, cheese, salt and black pepper. Mix all.

  3. Rill out puff pastry in rectangle shape. Then cut in square like roll wrap.

  4. Put filling in center of each wrap and fold one edge to the other. Seal edges with egg.

  5. Grease oven tray and place rolls on it. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.

  6. Bake at 180 degree C until golden.
