Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Grease a square Pyrex dish.
Beat eggs, golden syrup, sugar, butter, bread, milk, coconut cream and flour, all in a blender for 1 minute.
Add in coconut essence and pistachio.
Pour into Pyrex dish.
Bake for 45 minutes till golden and set.
Serve it hot or cold.
