Ingredients

  • Egg 4
  • Golden syrup 2 tbsp
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Butter 1 oz
  • Bread slices 5
  • Milk 3 cup
  • Canned coconut cream ½ cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp (mixed with ¼ cup water)
  • Coconut essence ½ tsp
  • Pistachio 4 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.

  2. Grease a square Pyrex dish.

  3. Beat eggs, golden syrup, sugar, butter, bread, milk, coconut cream and flour, all in a blender for 1 minute.

  4. Add in coconut essence and pistachio.

  5. Pour into Pyrex dish.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes till golden and set.

  7. Serve it hot or cold.
