Ingredients

  • Potatoes ½ kg (boiled)
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp (toasted)
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Chaat spice 1 tsp
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Red pepper 2 tbsp (crushed)
  • Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, tamarind pulp, crushed red pepper, salt, cumin, jaggery and yogurt.

  2. Fry well and add boiled potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Now add chopped green chilies and few coriander leaves.

  4. Dish it out, sprinkle chaat spice and serve.
