  • Cholai ka saag 1 kg (cleaned and separate leaves)
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 1 large (chopped)
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Button red chilies 8 (whole)
  • Tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Potato 1 (cubed)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil add chopped onion, garlic crushed, white cumin and button red chili, fry till onion soft.

  2. Add tomatoes with potato cubes, salt and crushed red pepper.

  3. Add half cup water, cover and cook till potatoes half done.

  4. Then add cholai ka saag, cover and cook until done.
