Ingredients

  • Watermelon 1/4 medium sized
  • Pineapple 1/4 medium sized
  • Apples 2 medium sized
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate 1/2 medium sized
  • Bananas 1
  • Orange 1
  • Sweet lime 1
  • Chickoo 1
  • Candied rose petals (Gulkand) 2 tbsp
  • Fresh orange or sweetlime juice 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Scoop out watermelon into small balls, using a parisienne scoop.

  2. Scoop out pineapple also into small balls.

  3. Scoop apples into small sized balls and sprinkle with lemon juice and mix well.

  4. Peel pomegranate and separate the pomegranate pearls.

  5. Peel and slice the banana into six to eight pieces.

  6. Peel orange, deseed, remove the white pith and cut the segments into two.

  7. Mix candied rose petals (Gulkand) with fresh orange juice or fresh sweet lime juice.

  8. Arrange the fruits in a serving plate decoratively and refrigerate.

  9. Just befor serving place candied rose petal and fresh juice mixture onto the arranged fruits.

  10. Serve immediately.
