Clean the seeds and cook in pressure cooker.
Peel and grind finely with milk.
Add milk and sugar and mix well.
Fry the cashew cashew nuts and raisins in a little ghee and keep aside.
Fry the seed mixture adding the ghee, a little at a time.
When the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel, add cashew nuts and raisins.
Add the cardamoms.
Spread in a greased trey and sprinkle with cardamom powder.
Cut into squares.
