There are various types of Gulab jamun and every variety has a distinct taste and appearance, its often eaten at festivals or celebrations such as marriages, diwali, Eid ul-Fitr etc.

  • اسکم ملک پاؤڈر تین سو پچھتر گرام
  • میدہ ایک سو پچیس گرام
  • گھی ایک کلو
  • چینی سوا کلو
  • سوڈا ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
  • امونیم ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
  • پانی ایک لیٹر
  • رنگ کاٹ دو چٹکی
  • پستے گارنش کےلیے

  1. ایک کڑاہی میں گھی گرم کر لیں۔

  2. اب ایک باؤل میں دو کپ گھی اور اسکم ملک پاؤڈر ڈال کر ملا لیں۔ پھر اس میں تھوڑا تھوڑا پانی شامل کر کے مکس کرتے جائیں۔

  3. اس کے بعد سوڈا، امونیم، رنگ کاٹ اور پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔

  4. پھر میدہ ڈال کر مکس کریں اور اسے فریج میں ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لیے رکھ دیں۔

  5. اب کڑاہی میں چینی اور آدھا لیٹر پانی ڈال کر شیرہ تیار کر لیں۔

  6. پھر ٹھنڈا کئے ہوئے مکسچر کے چھوٹے چھوٹے بالز بنا لیں اور اسے ہلکے گرم گھی میں ڈال کر اتنا پکائیں کہ وہ اوپر آجائے۔

  7. آخر میں ہلکا گولڈن براؤن کر کے نکال لیں اور شیرہ میں ڈال دیں۔

  8. جب شیرہ گلاب جامن میں جذب ہوجائے  تو ڈش میں نکال لیں اور پستے سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔

  1. Take a bowl and put powderd milk in it also add clarified butter now add little water about 2 tbsp and mix to knead. Eik piyala main khushk doodh aur ghee dalain ab sath he thora sa panit taqreeban 2 khanay k chamchay shamil karain aur milalain k ata ki tarha goondh jaey. hope its clear enough to understand. thanks
