Wash and boil eggplants.
When they are properly boiled mash it with the help of a fork.
Take oil in the pan and add onion in it.
Fry them till they are golden brown.
Add mince in it and add ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt and turmeric in it.
Cook it till the water of the mince dries.
Chop and add tomatoes in it.
When the water of the tomatoes dries add in dries eggplants, tamarind paste, jiggery, curry leaves, green chilies and nigella seeds.
Simmer it for 5 minutes.
