Strain plain flour, coco powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Beat butter and castor sugar with an electric beater in another bowl.
Now add egg and beat again for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then add vanilla essence, brown chocolate, orange zest and plain flour and mix well.
Roll mixture with rolling pin.
Then sprinkle a little plain flour on it.
Place a foil paper on tray and put mixture on it.
Then freeze it in refrigerator and cut in form of cookies and let them freeze.
Preheat the oven to 190° C and when the cookies are frozen put them in a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
When they are ready, let them cool to room temperature.
Make filling with white chocolate and cream and spread over cookies.
Delicious crispy chocolate cookies sandwich are ready to serve.
