This recipe is taken from Mexican cuisine but is shuffled in eastern way. Chicken cooked with chicken stock, with a touch of oregano and lemon juice makes it soothing and delicious.

  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless cubes)
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic chopped 6 cloves
  • Oregano 2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 2 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Olives 10
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Fresh red chili 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In pan heat oil, add chopped onion and fry till soft.

  2. Now add chopped garlic cloves and chicken cubes.

  3. Add chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add oregano, cumin, salt, capsicum, olives, chopped fresh red chilies and tomato paste.

  5. Fry for 2 - 3 minute.

  6. Lastly add lemon juice and serve hot.
